If you want to experience the true diversity of the African bush, this 4-day journey is built for you. We’ve combined Kenya’s two most distinct landscapes: the vast, predator-rich savannahs of the Masai Mara and the beautiful, alkaline waters of Lake Nakuru National Park.
What makes this trip special is the focus on variety. In the Mara, you’ll track lions and leopards across the plains and visit the famous Mara River. In Nakuru, the scenery shifts to fever-tree forests and rocky cliffs, offering one of the best chances in Africa to see both Black and White Rhinos in a protected environment.
We handle all the logistics—from your Nairobi airport transfers to park fees and meals—so you can focus entirely on the wildlife. You’ll travel in a custom safari vehicle designed for photography and comfort, accompanied by a professional guide who knows these parks inside out. This isn’t just a tour; it’s a carefully managed expedition into the heart of the wild.
You can reserve your tour with a 10% payment.
We recommend packing a few essentials to stay comfortable throughout your safari. Light, breathable clothes for the day, a light jacket for early mornings and evenings, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and comfortable shoes are always helpful. Don’t forget your camera or phone to capture the moments, and any personal items or medications you may need.

Your safari begins even before we hit the road. We will meet you at the airport in Nairobi and provide a private transfer to your hotel. We’ll sit down for a quick briefing to confirm your morning departure time and answer any last-minute questions.
We’ll pick you up early from your hotel to beat the Nairobi traffic. As we drive toward the Masai Mara, we’ll stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for some incredible photos of the escarpment. After a local lunch, we arrive at your camp near the park. In the late afternoon, we head out for your first game drive to catch the animals as they become active in the cooler evening air.
Today is completely flexible. We can head out for separate morning and afternoon drives or take a packed lunch for a full-day exploration. We’ll visit the Mara River—the site of the Great Migration crossings—where you can spot hippos and crocodiles. Whether you’re looking for a pride of lions or a rare cheetah, your private guide will work to find the sightings you’re most interested in.
After breakfast, you’ll have the option to visit a traditional Maasai village to learn about their ancient culture and customs. Afterward, we depart the Mara for Lake Nakuru. It’s a scenic drive through the heart of the countryside with lunch along the way. We’ll arrive at the Buraha Zenoni Hotel and Resort in time for you to relax and enjoy a quiet dinner.
After breakfast, we enter Lake Nakuru National Park. This park is a paradise for birdwatchers and is one of the most reliable places to see rhinos. We’ll spend the morning exploring the lake’s edge and the surrounding forests. After a final safari lunch, we begin the drive back to Nairobi, dropping you off at the airport or your hotel in the evening.
