EasySafariTrips markets and sells travel products provided by trusted local safari operators and other partners.

natural conditions

Bookings are made on the EasySafariTrips website via the Bokun system. A booking becomes valid when the customer has:
provided the required personal information
accepted these Terms of Use
completed payment via Stripe
EasySafariTrips does not store payment card details.
All payments are processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI security standards.
EasySafariTrips only has access to:
payment success or failure status
customer name and contact details
Any issues related to bank or card payments must be resolved with Stripe or your bank.
Cancellation terms are always displayed during the booking process in the Bokun system.
As safari and travel products are provided by partners, cancellation policies may vary by product.
In general:
the customer is responsible for reviewing cancellation terms at the time of booking
payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the cancellation terms
natural conditions, political situations, or third-party delays do not always qualify for refunds

EasySafariTrips acts as an intermediary and marketing platform for safari companies in Kenya and East Africa. The actual travel services are provided by local service providers.
EasySafariTrips is not responsible for:
decisions made by local authorities
natural conditions
unpredictability of wildlife encounters
delays, changes, or errors by service providers
personal injury or damage caused by the customer’s own actions
The customer is responsible for their own safety and condition during the trip.
The customer is also responsible for:
obtaining travel insurance
required vaccinations, visas, and travel documents
their own equipment and belongings
EasySafariTrips works with trusted safari operators in Kenya and East Africa.
The customer’s first and last name will be shared with partners for service delivery purposes.
No other information will be shared without the customer’s explicit consent.
All website content (text, images, prices, product descriptions) is the property of EasySafariTrips.
Content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
